Shipping & Dispatch

Same-Day Dispatch: Most orders placed before 12 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. However, this is not guaranteed as it depends on our current production schedule and order volume.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) on Friday will be dispatched from Monday onwards.
We always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Important Delivery Information – Frozen Raw Dog Food

As this item is perishable, all Frozen Raw Dog Food orders are dispatched via DPD/DHL 24-hour/Next Day Delivery once shipped.

This is a must-be-delivered service, meaning your order will be left at the delivery address. If you are unable to accept the delivery, please update your DPD/DHL tracking preferences to specify a safe place or request delivery to a neighbour. If no preference is set, the order may be left at your front door.

⚠️ Please note: We cannot resend the order or offer a refund if the parcel is stolen after delivery.
